I realize that most of the time companies hear from their customers, it is usually a complaint when an experience was below expectations. I would like to let you know that the Lock Up on Armitage has exceeded my expectations, and much of it has to do with Esther. I am a pharmaceutical representative who has rented a space at this location for the past three years. Esther has always been courteous, helpful, extremely responsive and resourceful in every aspect - from moving in, to handling packages, answering questions, etc. Moreover, she is genuinely interested in not only me, but every customer I've seen her come into contact with. Usually going to storage is a chore I would prefer not to have to deal with, but Esther makes it a pleasure! I've rented various storage units throughout my sales career, including a unit at another Lock Up location. I've never felt loyalty towards any of them...either the spaces were not kept up, or I was treated by the staff in a way that made me feel like I was not a valued customer. That is not the case with Esther and Lock Up Armitage. She and the staff here have inspired customer loyalty from me, and I would happily recommend this facility to any other rep or friend who was in need.
