We previously launched an app for Apple and Android users to organize and store their Lock Up Self Storage unit information; now we\u2019re proud to announce new features in our app that will streamline users\u2019 online experience as well as manage their actual storage units. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are introducing the ability to manage all bill pay and automatic payments directly from the app. Additionally, users will be able to make any account updates from within the app. This provides our tenants with flexibility when it comes to managing their Lock Up accounts. Whether a tenant is unable to get to their desktop computer at home or they\u2019re out on the go, our tenants will be able to take care of their Lock Up business from their iOS or Android device.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While this is a huge time saver for many, we didn\u2019t stop there. Another beneficial addition to our app is the ability to take photos of items within their storage unit and add notes. This will allow our tenants to not only log what items are stored in which units, but also help to cut down on \u201csearch time\u201d once inside their unit. Imagine being able to simply pull up The Lock Up app and look at pictures and notes you made to find out which sealed up box contains the very thing you need. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_5076\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5076\" style=\"width: 800px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5076 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/3.146.49.248\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/App-Improvements-Screenshots-1-e1473447311594.jpg\" alt=\"app-improvements-screenshots\" width=\"800\" height=\"471\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-5076\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Screenshots of new app features.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The app, created by <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ethervision.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ethervision<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, has enabled Lock Up tenants to keep track of which facilities their units are located, the gate codes for each location, as well as the unit numbers. Additionally, it has a very useful \u201ctap to call\u201d feature that will automatically call the tenant\u2019s Lock Up facility.
