It\u2019s inevitably where friends and family congregate. So when you\u2019re in the process of spring cleaning, it makes sense that you should spend a little extra time focusing on your kitchen. There are so many areas in a kitchen to clean, but we\u2019ve compiles some great life hacks that can help you whip your space up in no time.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Refrigerator TLC<br \/>\n<\/b>The fridge is a great place to start. Clear out all old food, condiments and containers. Remove the drawers and shelves and clean with warm soapy water. Spray white vinegar inside to clean the walls \u2013 no harsh chemicals, this is where you keep your food! Once everything is clean, line the shelves with clear plastic wrap. This will catch any spills and muck that always accumulates over time so the next cleaning will be a snap.<br \/>\nPut an open box of baking soda inside to keep smells to a minimum.<br \/>\nPut a lazy susan on a shelf to make perusing your contents easier too!<br \/>\nIn your freezer, put plastic magazine racks on their sides to make \u201cshelves\u201d for smaller items so that everything is more organized.<\/li>\n<li><b>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Expand your counter space<\/b><br \/>\nIf you\u2019re low on counter space while prepping food, open a stable drawer and put a cutting board on it. Here\u2019s a quick fix\u2026mount towel racks on the inside of your cabinet door. Then you can slide your most used lids in there and save precious cabinet space!<\/li>\n<li><b>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Spotless stainless steel<\/b><br \/>\nSprinkle flour on your stainless steel sinks and appliances. Rub gently with a damp cloth and your stainless steel will shine like it was brand new.<\/li>\n<li><b>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Sparkling microwave<\/b><br \/>\nDried bits of food on the walls of microwaves is inevitable. To clean more easily, microwave a bowl of water for 2-3 minutes. The steam will loosen the dried bits making wiping it down a breeze. Throw some lemon juice in the water for a fresh scent too!<\/li>\n<li><b>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Avoid drippy garbage <\/b><br \/>\nPut those old newspapers to good use.
