You can store boxes of archived files, sales collateral and company literature and backup tapes from the IT department. Not only will this save on space, but you&#8217;ll have peace of mind knowing that the files and backups are safe if anyone ever tries to burn down the building.<\/p>\n<p>I once worked in an office where we kept most of our files and archives in the basement.
