All of our secure self storage facilities feature security-controlled gate access so you don’t have to worry about unwanted guests having access to storage units.
Many of our facilities also offer electronic coded access and each tenant receives an individual code to enter the facility during access hours.
Need to access your secure self storage unit after the sun goes down? All of our facilities feature motion-sensitive lighting to ensure the area is well-lit and safe.
Each of our secure storage facilities also offer 24-hour camera monitoring and perimeter alarms.
All self storage units must be locked for extra security. Don’t have a lock? When moving in, we will provide you with a custom lock set and keys.
If you prefer, you can provide your own lock (see the individual site manager for details).
For your convenience, we offer for sale a variety of quality storage unit locks in our management offices.
For extra protection, The Lock Up requires all tenants to be insured. We offer a Protection Plan to cover items while they are stored with us.
The plan offers coverage starting at $2,000 and up to $5,000 per unit. Contact us for prices and details of the program.
