To say Carl Faulkner is a supervisor or manager is an understatement. He runs the place with such pride, you'd think he owns it. He always greets me with a big smile and a wave--knows his customers by name, and takes a personal interest. The facility is an immaculate, super-organized, state-of-the art space. I am a designer, and I am quite particular about how things are done. When I drive away, I feel great confidence that my possessions are in such a perfect place, run by one of the nicest, most organized people imaginable. It's surprising that someone in this capacity has so much empathy--he's always looking for better solutions for his customers. This is one of the great experiences where quality of product and quality of service totally merge, hand in hand. ”

He waves to us every time we drive in and even knows his customers by name. He keeps this Lock Up immaculate--not a smell, a water drip or a critter in sight. I feel safe to drive in alone early mornings or in the evenings because the security seems very sound, the lights come on automatically and the music keeps me from feeling isolated.
