He is always happy to help and I'm sure he does more than is asked of him to keep that operation in tip top condition. I have oberserved him many times with customers at first hand and on the phone, and I have always admired his demeanor. Having employed people myself over the years, I know that it is sometimes difficult to find people of Carl's stature. He is a good man enjoys and takes pride in his work. “Carl Faulkner is simply the best manager and a big reason why we are there and not at other storage facilities closer to our home and studio. He waves to us every time we drive in and even knows his customers by name. He keeps this Lock Up immaculate--not a smell, a water drip or a critter in sight. I feel safe to drive in alone early mornings or in the evenings because the security seems very sound, the lights come on automatically and the music keeps me from feeling isolated.
