The Lock Up Self Storage: Park Ridge

“Dominic... I wanted to take a brief moment to make you aware of the exceptional customer service provided us last week by Calin Pope at your Park Ridge location. My daughter recently graduated college and we had the need to move out her off campus Hyde Park apartment on Chicago's near south side and to store some of her belongings in one of the Park Ridge Lockup's spaces, and I was taking advantage last Thursday of your company's promotion involving usage to Lockups' moving truck to facilitate that move. We had arranged with Calin to use the truck for a few hours in the afternoon and had anticipated having the truck back well before office hours closed. Though we made decent time on the trip my daughter's apartment and loading the truck, traffic on the return trip both on the expressway's and even in the suburbs after we exited, turned into a complete nightmare. We failed not only to get back to the Park Ridge location by the time agreed, but we even failed to get back there by office closing hours. During the return trip, while maintaining contact with Calin via cell phone to keep him abreast of the situation and of our whereabouts. He was gracious enough to remain after closing hours until I got back to the Park Ridge location, had a chance to refuel, and then do the inspection on the truck. His insistence to us throughout the ordeal was not to worry about the time, that wasn't the problem, but just to drive safely, and that he would be waiting for us when we got there. I thought it was appropriate to make you aware to his exceptional customer service. I have many relatives in the area, and I will certainly be recommending use of Park Ridge Lockup's facilities to whomever I know that has storage needs, not only because of the facility itself, with which we were very satisfied, but because of the outstanding service provided by the staff there.
