Trausch have completely emptied my storage locker # 2328 located at 3366 North Kedzie Avenue Chicago, Il 60618. All items stored there have been removed and the locks removed from the doors. I will no longer require the use of the storage unit #2328 effective immediately. On that note, I would like to briefly share a POSTIVE and GREAT experience I have had ONCE AGAIN with your company. Yesterday morning, my boyfriend was in need of a storage facility. Because of my previous experiences with The Lock Up (Lincolnwood, IL), I recommended your company. Not only did Malika (sp?) provide a lot of information over the phone in the morning, the Belmont/Cragin location staff was BEYOND welcoming. Lorena and Aracely provided such a pleasant and professional welcome was the cherry on top to convincing my boyfriend ( J Johnson) to renting a staorage place. “To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to recognize the excellent customer service that I received at the Kedzie location yesterday. Aracely was very knowledgeable about the property as well as very pleasant to work with. From the moment I called the location yesterday morning inquiring about the unit she was very helpful. What I liked most was how she remembered my name after our phone conversation. Once I walked into the location and inquired about the car unit, she immediately recalled our conversation and used my first name. Even while she was juggling 4 different customers at the same time, she was always pleasant, had a big smile on her face and recognized each of us. This made me feel that she was working as fast as she could and was eager to help us as soon as possible. She respected my time and instead of having me wait, she allowed me to get started on the paperwork while attending to other needs of customers. This I truly appreciated.
