Yesterday morning, my boyfriend was in need of a storage facility. Because of my previous experiences with The Lock Up (Lincolnwood, IL), I recommended your company. Not only did Malika (sp?) provide a lot of information over the phone in the morning, the Belmont/Cragin location staff was BEYOND welcoming. Lorena and Aracely provided such a pleasant and professional welcome was the cherry on top to convincing my boyfriend ( J Johnson) to renting a staorage place. Basically, from beginning to end, The Lock Up service is/was a SUPERB experience. With that being said, I will continue to refer future customers.
