from the time the boxes arrived at your location until I had them safely in the
units. What more can be said about an operation that is so seamlessly run? I'm not

North Kedzie Avenue Chicago, IL 60618. All items stored there have been removed
and the locks removed from the doors. I will no longer require the use of the storage
unit #2328 effective immediately. Thank you for the use of your most excellent facility

I just want to say that I have a friend who was storing at the Kedzie Lockup Storage
and would like to share our experience. With that being said, we really want to
thank Essie the young lady at the front counter. She made our experience pleasant
and the transaction smooth. She explained to us in full detail everything we needed
to know and then some. The best part was being able to use the moving truck. We
were also amazed on how clean the facilities was. I definetely recommend everyone
to store at The Lock up Storage they don't compare to anyone else.
“I wanted to write and let you know how pleasant my experience has been with
your Lincoln Park location and staff. I was looking for a storage unit near my apartment
in Lincoln Park last week and called to learn about the options available. I spoke
with Pablo who gave me all the information I needed and said he would be able to
accommodate my move on the same day. Pablo made me feel very comfortable about going
with The Lock Up and I appeared in person an hour later to rent a truck and find
a storage unit. When I arrived, Valorie was behind the desk and was more than happy
to assist me. She showed me a unit that she thought would be perfect for me and
it was. We took care of the paperwork and I took off in the truck. The whole process
was much faster and easier than I expected. When I came back with a full truck and
without additional help, Valorie was again very quick to assist me. She showed me
some tricks to make my move go quicker and visited me several times at my unit to
show me better ways to store my items so that everything would fit. I couldn't believe
it when every time I would see her she had a dolly of my belongings that I had loaded
up and left by the elevator to get later. I can't imagine that it is her role to
help people out like that, so I was completely blown away by her willingness to
help me. At the end of the day, after I was discouraged about not finishing, we
spoke for several minutes and she promised that she would do everything she could
to make sure I was settled the next day. The next morning, I went back to the location
in order to see if I could use the truck again and Valorie and Pedro were kind enough
to let me take it out again. I really felt like they cared about my situation and
that they would do anything to help me within reason. I was able to get everything
I needed on the second day and once again Valorie was there to make sure that everything
fit into my storage unit. Thank you to your organization, your staff and especially
Valorie for making my otherwise nightmare of a moving experience quite pleasant.”

“I have never had a storage unit; this is the 1st for me. Last August I signed
a contract not knowing how long I would stay. The large sign in the window is what
attracted my attention. Belinda was my coach and still is. She is the best, a happy
and very friendly (as I would say) friend. I received a discount (½ price)
deal, my price range. Facility is well taken care of. This exceeded my expectation
on everything. What you receive when you sign a contract (free move in truck). Two
pull in garages, air conditioned, motion detection lights on every floor. One more
thing that I have to mention when my discount ended, I was going to pull out. I
couldn't afford the full price rate, so thanks to Belinda and the district manager
they extended this price for two more months. I highly recommend this self storage
unit to all who is looking to store items. New building, many units to chose from.
